How deposits, cancellations and weather days work. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book.
Securing your booking
A 10% deposit confirms your date and your boat. We send payment details once we have checked availability, and the balance is settled before the trip.
If you need to cancel
More than 7 days before your trip, we refund what you have paid minus the 10% deposit and any non-refundable fees. Between 48 hours and 7 days before, a partial refund may be possible, so get in touch and we will do what we can. Less than 48 hours before, the booking cannot be refunded.
If the weather cancels us
Safety comes first. If we have to cancel because of the weather, we offer you another date first. If we cannot find one that works for you, you receive a full refund.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your trip without telling us, the booking cannot be refunded. Running late? Message us on WhatsApp and we will wait where we can.
Travel insurance
We recommend travel insurance that covers activity cancellations, so you are protected if your plans change.
